Sound Healing
The Himalayan singing bowls are popular for their healing properties. Their acoustically pleasing sounds are known to produce an attention grabbing property. These properties provide different taste of sounds depending on individual choices, as their ranges of resonated sound waves are known to restore normal vibratory frequencies of any diseased and deformed part of a human body. These sounds relieve one from pain, stress, and depression caused by numerous diseases while also improving immunity, lowering heart rate, controlling blood pressure and soothing the pain in cancer patients.
Sound healing focuses on using vibrations and frequencies of sound to promote physical and mental health and wellness. Individually crafted sessions and use of these vibrations, deep listening practices relieves your nervous system so your body can do what it does best: realigning on a cellular level.
Sound therapy promotes relief from stress and address anxiety, alleviate pain, ease migraines, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep quality, reduce emotional stressors and helps balance the nervous system. We start with a short informative introduction to sound meditation. We explore what can be experienced and cultivate the expectations for the sound journey in a purposeful way.
Through a series of examples, you experientially witness how different non-verbal sonic signals carry their own emotional content. The benefits of conscious listening become crystal clear, allowing you to fully receive the message of sound and tap into its wisdom.
The length of an introductory talk is usually 10 minutes. Each talk is tailored to a unique audience.
We provide services that utilize sound healing techniques and sound technology to promote relaxation, stress relief, and authentic communication.
Below are our three primary offerings:
Designed to provide complete relaxation– body, mind, and spirit with our aromatherapy
Traditional Sound Bath: Experience a meditative concert with various sound healing instruments, singing, and frequencies.
Voice Design: Our sound healing expert will share voice healing techniques for empowerment and increased creativity. Workshop format or group coaching.

WHO SHOULD NOT ATTEND TO SOUND HEALING THERAPY
During your sessions, please keep in mind that singing bowls place people in meditative states that allow individuals to reflect on themselves and their thoughts. If you suffer from mental illness, it may become uncomfortable if the singing bowl aids in bringing out strong emotions or painful memories. After a session, you may feel the need to cry or need a break--that’s okay, it’s all part of the healing process. Take it slow afterwards.
