WHAT IS SOUND SENSITIVITY ?

People with sound sensitivity or certain neurological conditions may find the intensity of the sounds overwhelming. Those with severe mental health issues should consult with a healthcare provider, as the profound experiences within a sound bath might trigger unexpected reactions.

Sound baths are generally safe for most people, but some people may want to use caution. Some potential negative side effects include: Overstimulation, Emotional sensitivity, Heightened state of awareness, and Slight disorientation.

Overstimulation

Overstimulation is a state of being that is caused by too much sensory input. Being overstimulated occurs when one is overwhelmed by information from their senses and struggles to process their environment. Your senses are like messengers to the brain bringing information regarding your surroundings.During episodes of overstimulation, people experience the sensations around them to a greater extent than they usually would, leading to physical symptoms that can be disruptive, including: Headaches, dizziness, or light-headedness. Feeling ill, faint, or nauseous. Increased anxiety and stress.

Emotional Sensitivity

Emotional sensitivity can be defined as a heightened emotional response to stimuli, or a tendency to experience emotions more intensely than others. People who are emotionally sensitive may have stronger feelings of love, joy, happiness, anger, sorrow, and fear. They may also be more likely to be affected by the moods of others, or to be overwhelmed by sensory stimuli like noise, bright lights, or uncomfortable clothing.

Disorientation

  • Disorientation is a mental state that can cause confusion about time, place, or identity. It can also be accompanied by other symptoms, such as:

  • Confusion: Inability to focus or think clearly

  • Speech: Mumbling or rambling speech that doesn't make sense

  • Behavior: Agitation, restlessness, or aggression

  • Hallucinations: Seeing or hearing things that aren't there

  • Delusions: Believing things that are false

  • Withdrawal: Becoming quiet and withdrawn

Heightened state of awareness

Heightened awareness, also known as mindfulness, is a state of being in which we are fully present and engaged with our current experience, without judgment or distraction.

What does it mean to have high awareness?

If you're highly self-aware, you can objectively evaluate yourself, manage your emotions, align your behavior with your values, and understand correctly how others perceive you." Put simply, those who are highly self-aware can interpret their actions, feelings, and thoughts objectively.

The goal of heightened awareness is to cultivate a sense of clarity, focus, and peace, which can lead to greater emotional regulation, improved relationships, and better overall well-being.

Who Are True Healers ?

Do you believe that some people have very strong instincts and sixth sense? Their energy is way different from some? They are rare kind..They feel what is going to happen in advance, they see things in their dreams, they even have clairvoyance. It sounds scary , doesn’t it ?

I’m sure that you may have met one or know somebody like in the description. Question is …What is / was the experience of your relationship like with this energy ?

Let’s admit that some people make other people feel better with their energy. They can heal us , help us to reach our full potential. They give us shoulder when needed. Also , they can warn us too ! They are always good at that and there is no name or profession for their actions. They just do ! Sometimes they regret to give us the informations we don’t ask.

Even governments work with these people like super power agent as astrologers were used in ancient civilizations as they’re still guiding us but what I meant is a different type of energy. Unknown type! Like a diamond heart , like a guidance, like a protector or maybe predictor… whatever you name it that is it !

People have desire to know unknown , reach to the information and actions behind the curtains. What l'm saying is that your words mean nothing to these super people. They already know what is in our heart and mind, what we are thinking of and what our next move is. We cannot fool them easily. If we're scared of those kind of people, the tip is that -Lets be honest with them completely no matter what and when. If you wonder how to get a strong relationship with them, try this !The only way that you can break their inner activation is to be honest with them .That’s all you have to do! Simple and effective! Respect their fragile soul. That’s all they want from us.

These people will keep developing this ability as long as there are people who hide their true selfs around them or they are keep being helped to develop their gift by our hidden intentions. Chose is ours !

They are always good at elevating the environment they go in and lighting up the things. Unfortunately, their actions have no place, name or profession. They do it naturally and expect nothing in return. If you have a friend or family member who fits the description, you are very lucky! And if you haven't met that person yet... Don't worry! These people are among us. They are waiting to be discovered and ready to be useful with their pure healing energy. Look around!

If you see a person with a big smile on the face with sparkling eyes. That soul can be one of them. A Healer ! This type of energy is strong and very attractive to some but we can't skip the most important part. They may gain enemies easily unawares. Even though this energy may scare us at first but let’s take our note ; We should easily trust in this type of energy. They won't make us disappointed unless we do something wrong to hurt them on purposely.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU DO SOUND BATHS ?

I would like to focus on this question as it is one of the most frequently asked questions I receive. If you’ve been coping with stress lately and don’t know how to handle it, keep reading.

First of all, I would like to state this. We should address what your problem is and what you expect from a session. I always ask these questions to my clients before the session starts to understand their needs.

Sound Therapy is unfortunately not like the professional help you would get from a therapist in a clinical work. However in addition to sound therapy, the positive effects of techniques such as affirmation and manifestation in my session are certainly important and useful but if you have problems such as not reaching the goals you have set in your life, such as not seeing yourself as enough or being too perfectionist, or if you have difficulty controlling your emotions, if you cry more than normal times etc.it is time to see a therapist instead of having a sound bath and when it’s the right time for you, you should add these sessions to your list.

Please note that Sound Bath is a garnish of a healthy mind IN OUR MODERN TIME but let's remember that in ancient civilizations, it was used for mental health treatments, for the banishment of evil spirits and so on.

There are many solutions for almost any problem as long as we look for the right one.Sometimes just talking to someone you don't even know can be unexpectedly good for you, or an activity you've never experienced before can be good for your body, spirit, mind. Sound Bath is a physically proven treatment with many benefits. How often can we go to a Sound Bath session ? You can go to sound bath every week. There are no limits because, as we said before, there are no side effects either. The recommended time frame is when you are feeling stressed. Sound therapy easily repairs your altered and disturbed energy field.

Let's find out what happens to our body when we cannot cope with stress.

Stress is the enemy of the body, unfortunately. It's an enemy that can destroy a perfectly functioning system from the inside. When our body is stressed, it releases the hormone cortisol and the following unwanted effects start to appear. We unknowingly try to cope with many common problems caused by stress. Even why our diet is not effective may be due to stress. here is the list I have come up with as a result of my research.

*rapid weight gain (on the face, chest and abdomen)

*muscle weaknesses

*skin changes

*high blood pressure

*flushed and round face

*mood swing ( depression, anxiety )

*osteoporosis (women +65 tissue problem in bones)

If your stress level is at moderate level that you can handle on your own, Sound Baths may be

at the top of the list of your favorite treats. Personally, I find it hard to choose between a full

body massage and a sound bath. Maybe in near future , I can offer such a service combined

with tissue massage. Sound Bath releases chronic pain because stress increases chronic pain.

Spasms and tension may occur. Cortisol level rises due to stress. Inflammation and pain may

occur. Reducing these unwanted effects and reducing stress puts us on the right path because

it helps to strengthen immune function so answer of the title would be like

| whenever you feel stressed in life, that’d be the right time to book a private sound bath session and enjoy every second of it

Why Does Sound Bath Get Popular ?

Why does sound bath get popular ?

In fact, our lives are getting more and more complicated with the development of technology. Although artificial intelligence provides us with many benefits,

Because it’s the easiest way to relax just in minutes ! You don’t have to do anything , your brain does everything by itself and we always need simple solutions.

In fact, our lives are getting more and more complicated with the development of technology. Although artificial intelligence provides us with many benefits, it actually makes our already complicated brains even more complicated, and this brings us back to the simple primitive techniques used in ancient times to relax. We can say that as we advance in technology, we are actually regressing. We do this on purpose. Isn’t it always safer to try the tried and tested.

Sound therapy is not a new discovery. It has just started to become more popular nowadays. This popularity is still at the point of obscurity. This timidity is understandable. After briefly discussing who should not receive this session, I will go into the details of this amazing practice, which is almost 100% safe, from ancient cultures.

I will give you a very brief summary of the worst things that can happen in sound therapy. This is not a medicine to be taken. The side effects are not so big that we are worried. The worst thing that can happen is that the memories of a person who has experienced trauma before can be intensified, disturbed, the person can be triggered so every practitioner should warn people about this before the session. If you are on medication for a psychological condition, do not take this session without consulting your doctor. Mild sedatives are fine ,as far as we know.

The Sound Bath is all about relaxing you and allowing your brain to go into a pre-sleep state. It is normal to sleep during the session. Everyone is different and there is no right or wrong during this session. Isn't it a great method?

Sound therapy can significantly alter brain waves, changing agitated wave patterns to exceptionally calm wave forms. As our brain waves slow down, we shift from an active state to a more relaxed, dreamlike state.

Well,

What do we know about brain waves ? What does Sound Therapy do to our brain and body?

All you have to do is let sound therapy bring you into the Alpha state. I can hear you asking

What are the brain wave types ?

Gamma (problem solving, concentrated), Beta (busy, active mind), Alpha (reflective, restful), Tetha (drowsiness), Delta (sleep, dreaming)

THE MOST IMPORTANT STATE

What are alpha waves?

How do they change?

The shape of the wave is different at rest than it is when someone is using all of their focus and attention. Controlling our brain waves could help optimize relaxation and productivity. Read about three ways that you can change your brain waves to get closer to the state you want. Regular meditation and sound bath have been shown to increase alpha waves – your relaxation brain waves — and reduce beta waves – the brain waves of active thought and learning. That’s why it’s most commonly recommended for reducing stress. Deep breathing and closed-eye visualization – techniques that mindfulness meditation during a sound therapy usually employs – also boost alpha waves.

Besides relaxation, alpha waves may also help boost creativity and thereby act as a natural anti-depressant by promoting the release of the neurotransmitter serotonin. Another way to boost your alphas, surprisingly, is to do high-intensity workouts.  Not only do they release endorphins that give that exercise “high”, but they also promote alpha waves as you rest.

After all this information, I think you understand the wonderful benefits of sound therapy for our brain and how it works. All you have to do is find a sound therapy studio around you and experience your first session. You will love it!

What is sound therapy?

Sound therapy combines sound, music and special instruments played in a therapeutic way with deep introspection techniques to improve health and well-being. Sound therapists believe that sounds - music, pure tones, different frequencies - can rebalance our energy, well-being and emotions. If you're looking for a new wellness method, sound therapy with crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls could be just the thing.

The practice of healing with sound dates back to ancient Greece, where music was sometimes used as a means of curing mental illness. However, this is not the only instance where music has been used to arouse positive emotions - music has been used for years in the military to boost morale, and "learning" playlists are often used to increase work productivity.

Sound therapy is usually delivered by a trained therapist, and each session can involve various sound and music-related activities depending on the method. These include listening to music, meditation, moving to the beat of a song, playing an instrument, singing and humming along to music or sound massage with singing bowls.

SOUND MASSAGES WITH SINGING BOWLS

Sound massage was developed on the basis of ancient Eastern practices and modern scientific research into the effects of sound and vibration. In Germany, research into the science of sound and its effect on the human body is progressing rapidly and sound massage is increasingly being used as a complementary therapy in healthcare. The generation of vibration using singing bowls is particularly popular. Sound healing can be traced back to the ancient cultures of Tibet, China, India, Latin America, Africa, and even Europe in ancient Greece.

Their areas of application range from gentle but highly effective relaxation to targeted use in therapy and as a complementary therapy in healthcare and nursing professions.

Who are sound massages suitable for?

Sound massage is suitable for almost everyone, including young children and pregnant women (in the 2nd and 3rd trimester). Each session is individually tailored to the client's needs. Sound massages are only performed by trained therapists, but you can reduce your own stress with your singing bowl for beginners by playing meditative sounds on your own.
